• Unused food & beverage credits expire at check-out. For guests extending their stay, credits expire at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, April 26th. 
• The hotel will collect your luggage from your room 90 minutes before your departure or check-out (12:00 Noon) and have it delivered to the main lobby for your departure. Please leave your luggage packed and inside your hotel room next to the door (Please make sure your Do Not Disturb is off so the hotel may enter).
• Please be in the main lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Qlik provides ground transportation from The Andaz to both airports. If you’re traveling elsewhere, please arrange your own transportation.
• Departure times are based on flight schedules, traffic, and passport control estimates. Please follow your assigned time to ensure smooth transfers.
